JOB REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vocational certificate, diploma, or equivalent training in Industrial Sewing Machine Repair or a related technical field.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in repairing industrial sewing machines, specifically within the garment and clothing sector.
  • Proven ability to repair all types of sewing machines used in the garment industry, including 1-needle, overlock, kansai, and 4-needle machines.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in Chinese is required.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.

  • Enthusiastic, honest, and highly responsible in all daily operations.
  • Proactive and dedicated to supporting the production team’s goals.
